The SCICO Stations Project engaged Address Contracting & Services across multiple station sites throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, delivering a standardised MEP package that met SCICO's operational and safety requirements consistently across all locations. The multi-site nature of the project demanded exceptional project management capabilities and logistical coordination.

Our scope covered complete electrical distribution systems for each station including main switchgear, distribution boards, emergency lighting, external canopy lighting, and earthing systems. Plumbing works encompassed forecourt drainage, fuel wash-down systems, sanitary facilities, and water supply networks.

By deploying experienced site teams simultaneously across multiple locations and implementing a rigorous quality management programme, Address Contracting & Services delivered all sites on programme and to a consistent standard — earning SCICO's confidence for ongoing maintenance contracts.
