Address Contracting & Services was appointed to deliver the MEP works for Alinma Bank's facilities in Riyadh — a high-security financial environment with extremely demanding uptime and reliability requirements. Banking operations require uninterrupted power, precise climate control for server rooms and vaults, and robust fire protection for irreplaceable assets.

Our team engineered and installed a redundant electrical system with dual-feed UPS and diesel backup generators to guarantee 99.99% power uptime. A precision HVAC system was installed in IT rooms and server areas maintaining temperature and humidity within tight tolerances, while a separate comfort cooling system served the banking halls, offices, and customer service areas.

All works were delivered with full compliance to banking sector security and infrastructure standards, with minimal disruption to ongoing bank operations during the installation phase.
