Corporate Office Fitout — HVAC & Electrical Systems

Address Contracting & Services delivered the MEP works for the Najm for Insurance Services office project in Riyadh — a modern corporate fitout for one of Saudi Arabia's leading motor insurance companies. The project required creating a comfortable, productive working environment across multiple floors of open-plan and private office space.

Our team installed a high-efficiency variable refrigerant flow (VRF) HVAC system providing flexible zone control across all floors, a full LED lighting installation with daylight-linked dimming controls, structured data cabling to support Najm's digital operations, and complete sanitary and fire protection works.

The project was delivered on an accelerated programme to meet Najm's relocation deadline, with our team working extended hours and deploying additional resources to ensure on-time handover without compromising on quality or safety.
