The Al Umam Commercial Center project saw Address Contracting & Services deliver a complete MEP package for a modern mixed-use commercial development in Riyadh. The center comprises retail units, restaurant spaces, offices, and car parking across multiple floors — each with distinct MEP requirements that our team coordinated into a unified, efficient building infrastructure.
Our scope included a centralised chiller plant serving the entire building through an insulated chilled water distribution network, with air handling units and fan coil units throughout all zones. The electrical installation covers main MV/LV switchgear, all distribution boards, car park ventilation controls, external facade lighting, and a full emergency power system.
The commercial kitchen areas for restaurants required specialist grease extract ventilation systems and dedicated drainage infrastructure, all coordinated with the kitchen equipment suppliers and F&B tenants to ensure operational readiness on day one.
