The Batic Tower

The Batic Tower project is one of Address Contracting & Services' most technically demanding high-rise undertakings. This prominent commercial tower in Riyadh required a sophisticated MEP solution engineered for the unique challenges of tall building systems — including high-pressure plumbing zones, high-rise electrical distribution, and complex HVAC systems serving a mixed commercial and office occupancy across multiple floors.
Our team delivered a district cooling connection and primary air handling system for the tower's commercial floors, a full medium-voltage to low-voltage electrical distribution package from the main substation through to every floor distribution board, a high-rise domestic water system with booster pump sets and pressure-break tanks, and a fully integrated fire suppression and detection system designed to BS/NFPA high-rise standards.
The project was delivered in close collaboration with the tower's structural and architectural design teams to ensure all MEP plant, risers, and distribution routes were optimally coordinated — maximising lettable area while maintaining full system accessibility for maintenance and future flexibility.
