Address Contracting & Services was proud to contribute to the Diriyah Gate Development — one of Saudi Arabia's most iconic Vision 2030 projects. This UNESCO World Heritage Site redevelopment required sensitive, high-quality MEP infrastructure designed to serve a mixed-use cultural, retail, and hospitality destination while preserving the historical character of the site.

Our team delivered MEP infrastructure works across multiple zones of the development, including district cooling connections, low-voltage electrical distribution networks, public realm lighting, external plumbing and irrigation systems, and fire protection infrastructure for heritage and new-build structures alike.

Working within the strict heritage zone guidelines while coordinating with multiple main contractors across a phased construction programme, our team demonstrated the organisational agility and technical competence that large-scale Vision 2030 projects demand.
