Government Military Facility — Full MEP & Finishing

The Military Hospitality Complex project was a highly sensitive government contract awarded to Address Contracting & Services by the Ministry of Defense. The complex encompasses accommodation blocks, dining facilities, recreation areas, and administrative buildings — all requiring robust, high-reliability MEP systems designed for continuous 24/7 operation.

Our team delivered a comprehensive MEP package including a centralised HVAC plant, full electrical distribution with standby power for all critical loads, a complete plumbing network serving kitchens, laundries, bathrooms, and fire systems throughout the multi-building complex. All works were carried out under strict security protocols and Ministry of Defense project management oversight.

Finishing works included floor and wall tiling, gypsum ceilings, joinery, and all associated MEP first and second fix elements — all completed to government specification standards and handed over fully tested and commissioned.
