The King Khalid Hospital project within King Saud University Medical City is one of the most technically complex and prestigious projects in Address Contracting & Services' portfolio. Healthcare facilities demand MEP systems engineered to the absolute highest standards of reliability, infection control, and patient safety — and this hospital was no exception.

Our team delivered a comprehensive medical MEP package including specialist HVAC systems with full HEPA filtration for operating theatres and intensive care units, medical gas distribution networks for oxygen, nitrogen, and vacuum, a fully redundant electrical supply with hospital-grade UPS systems, and a hospital-wide nurse call and fire detection infrastructure.

All works were designed and executed in full compliance with ASHRAE 170 and HTM standards for healthcare facilities, with our team coordinating closely with medical equipment suppliers and hospital management to ensure zero disruption to existing patient care during the construction programme.
