Specialist Dialysis & Nephrology Center — Medical MEP

The Kidney Medical Center project engaged Address Contracting & Services to deliver a highly specialized medical MEP package for a dedicated nephrology and dialysis facility. Dialysis units have some of the most demanding water quality and mechanical requirements of any medical environment — making this one of our most technically challenging healthcare projects.

Our team installed a dedicated reverse osmosis water treatment and distribution system to supply purified dialysis-grade water throughout the unit, alongside precision HVAC systems maintaining strict temperature and humidity tolerances, a fully redundant electrical supply with zero-break UPS for life-critical dialysis equipment, and a comprehensive medical gas installation.

All systems were validated against Saudi Ministry of Health healthcare facility standards and ISO 13959 dialysis water quality standards, with full documentation packages submitted to the client and health authority at handover.
