Address Contracting & Services was selected to deliver the complete MEP works for the British International School facilities in Riyadh's prestigious Diplomatic Quarter. Educational facilities present unique MEP challenges — requiring systems that are safe for children, energy-efficient, easy to maintain, and able to cope with the peak demands of school daily occupancy patterns.

Our team designed and installed a comprehensive HVAC system with high fresh-air ventilation rates to maintain excellent indoor air quality in classrooms, laboratories, and sports facilities. The electrical installation included a child-safe distribution system, energy-efficient LED lighting throughout all teaching and common spaces, and a full IT infrastructure for modern digital learning environments.

All works were completed during school holidays to avoid disruption to students and staff, with thorough testing and commissioning completed before the start of the new school term.
