The Afras Company Head Office project was a prestigious corporate fitout undertaken by Address Contracting & Services in Riyadh. The brief called for a modern, energy-efficient office environment that would reflect Afras Company's standing as a leading Saudi enterprise. Our team delivered the full MEP package alongside a comprehensive finishing works scope.

The office MEP design prioritized energy efficiency, with a zoned HVAC system allowing individual floor and zone control, LED intelligent lighting with occupancy sensors, and a structured cabling and data network infrastructure to support modern office operations.

Finishing works included partition systems, raised flooring, suspended ceilings, and all associated MEP first and second fix elements — all coordinated meticulously to achieve the premium corporate aesthetic demanded by the client.
