Luxury Resort Development — Hospitality MEP Package

The AL-Askar Resorts project engaged Address Contracting & Services to deliver the full MEP works for a premium hospitality resort development. Resort environments present unique MEP challenges — combining the high-comfort demands of luxury accommodation with the complexity of large-scale food & beverage, spa, pool, and recreational facilities across an expansive site.

Our team installed a resort-wide centralised cooling system serving all accommodation wings, restaurants, and function spaces, with individual room controls delivering personalised comfort to guests. The electrical installation covered the complete resort from the main substation through to landscape and facade lighting, with a full standby power system ensuring uninterrupted guest experience.

Pool mechanical systems, spa water treatment, landscape irrigation, and outdoor cooling systems were all delivered as part of our scope — creating the full hospitality environment that AL-Askar's guests expect from a premium Saudi resort destination.
